The American soprano, Melody Morphis, was born and raised in Galt, California where she discovered her passion for music and worship. Having had the opportunity of leading worship for her church’s youth group, she made music ministry her career goal. She obtained an Associate in Arts degree in Music from Cosumnes River College in Sacramento, California, then moved to Cedar Park, Texas in 2014 to continue her education at Concordia University where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Vocal Performance and Music Ministry (2015-2018).
Melody Morphis is now doing what she loves most here at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Cedar Park, Texas (since May 2019), lifting songs of praise and worship together with one voice to our one true God. When she is not singing, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, swimming, kayaking, fashion designing, trying new foods, traveling, and discovering new places. |
