From the Schemelli Gesangbuch (No. 627), Leipzig, 1736; NBA No. 44.
Arnold Schering considered this as one of only three Schemelli chorales that could definitely attributed to J.S. Bach.

Use of the Chorale Melody by other composers:

Ernesto de Curtis (1875-1937):
Vergiss Mein Nicht

Heinrich Kaminski (1886-1946):
Vergiß mein nicht, chorale for chorus (1915)
