The Russian soprano and violinist, Lyudmila Fraenova (Liudmila Frayonova; Russian: Людмила Фраенова), is a laureate of the competition. N. Sabitov, Slavic music, Beethoven Days in Moscow,. She participated in master-classes by Reinhard Goebel, F. Novelli, Emma Kirkby, J. Rakhlin, Z. Bron.

Lyudmila Fraenova performs in Russia and abroad in two roles: namely, as a violinist and as a singer (soprano) with such groups as Pratum integtum, Questa musica, Chamber Orchestra Kremlin, Jerusalem Baroque Orchestra, Barrocade Ensemble, Collegium Musicum Ensemble, Moscow. She took part in the international festivals Moscow Autumn, La Renaissance, Bach - Vivaldi, Tage Alter Musik in Herne, Gdansk Music Festival, December Evenings. She sang the part of Venus in E. King's reconstruction of Monteverdi's Arianna.
