Olga Grechko (Soprano)

Born: Russia

The Russian soprano, Olga Grechko [Russian: Ольга Гречко], graduated from the Music College of the Moscow Conservatory, PAM im.Gnesenyh, Choral Academy of Art. She particpated in master-classes with Professor I. Vamzer (Austria), Michael Chance and Evelyn Tubb (UK), and Ute von Gardzhinski (Germany). She is winner of the international Competetion "Award V. Bucchi" in Rome, Italy.

Olga Grechko has a large repertoire, in which the main role is the music of the Renaissance, Baroque and Classical periods. She has worked in such famous creative ensembles as well as the early music ensembles Mandrigal and Orfareon. She often collaborates with the ensembles Lad, La Stravaganza Köln, Pratum Integrum, Musica viva, Russian Camerata, Bolshoi Theatre Orchestra, and Orchestra Cinematography. She has participated in the festivals Russian Winter, Moscow Action, Sheremetyevskoe seasons in Ostankino, Moscow Autumn International Organ Festival. She has a record in film and radio.
