Ich will alle meine Tage
Rühmen deine starke Hand,
Daß du meine Plag und Klage
Hast so herzlich abgewandt.
Nicht nur in der Sterblichkeit
Soll dein Ruhm sein ausgebreit':
Ich wills auch hernach erweisen
Und dort ewiglich dich preisen.

我用了一整天的时间
来赞美你万能之手,
它帮助我规避了所有
灾祸与痛苦地抱怨。
你的荣耀不仅仅只应该
在我们这群必将死之人中被赞颂,
我也想之后在天堂见证(你的大能)
并在那里永远赞美你。
