Halt, was du hast, dass niemand deine Krone nehme.
Wer ueberwindet, der soll mit weissen Kleidern angetan werden,
und ich werde seinen Namen nicht austilgen aus dem Buch des Lebens;

 

Nur allein, dass du mich staerkest und mir kraeftig stehest bei, hilf mein Helfer, wo du merkest, dass mir Hilfe noetig sei. Brich des boesen Geistes Sinn, nimm den alten Willen hin, mach ihn allerdinges neue, dass mein Gott sich meiner Freue.

 

Sei mein Retter, halt mich eben, wenn ich sinke, sei mein Stab. Wenn ich sterbe, sei mein Leben, wenn ich liehe sei mein Grab; wenn ich wieder aufersteh‘, ei so hilf mir, dass ich geh hin, da du in ew’gen Freuden wirst dein‘ Auserwaehlte weiden.
