Johann Heinrich Bach [43] (Musician, Bach's Pupil)

Born: August 4, 1707 - Ohrdruf, Thuringia, Germany
Died: May 20, 1783 - Oehringen, Germany

Johann Heinrich Bach [43] was son of Johann Christoph Bach [22]. He was a pupil of J.S. Bach [24] and one of his principal copyists (formerly know.n as 'Hauptkopist C') at the Leipzig Thomasschule, 1724-1728. He then became assistant organist to his father in Ohrdruf and in 1735 was appointed Kantor at Oehringen.
