Recitative BWV 1088
So heb ich denn mein Auge sehnlich auf
Polskie tłumaczenie [Polish Translation]
Recytatyw BWV 1088 - Unosząc przetóż oczy me tążące

Oryginalny tekst niemiecki [Original German Text]

Polskie tłumaczenie [Polish Translation]

20. Recitativo B

20. Recytatyw [Bas]

Fagotto I/II, Continuo

So heb ich denn mein Auge sehnlich auf
und trete dir in deinem Lebenslauf,
mein Heil bestaendig nach
und kann ich dir in deiner Schmach,
in deinen herben Plagen,
nichts leichtern oder helfen tragen,
so lass ich dennoch nicht von dir,
denn meine Ruhe find ich hier.

Unosząc przetóż oczy me tążące
w dążności za Twego żywota
biegiem, Wybawienia wyglądające,
nie mam możności, gdaż sromota
śród znoju zadawa cierpienie,
ulżyć Ci ni dopomóc one znosić,
stąd nie chcęć ja od Cię odstąpić,
iżem tuć nalazł me odpoczynienie.
